Production Knife Warranty
I offer a ONE MONTH warranty on all production knives. Warranty period starts day of delivery. This will cover any kind of defect in material or craftsmanship, free of charge. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or modifications! Modifications will immediately VOID the warranty, unless modifications are performed by an approved business! Abuse and misuse are determined at my discretion, upon receipt of the knife.
I DO NOT offer "SPA" treatments on production knives.
I DO NOT offer sharpening on production knives.
Custom Knife SPA and Warranty
I offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all my CUSTOM knives/tools. This will cover any kind of defect in craftsmanship free of charge. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or modifications! Modifications will immediately VOID the warranty! Abuse and misuse are determined at my discretion, upon receipt of the knife.
“SPA” Treatments will have a minimum charge of $150. Depending upon extent of cleaning and/or refinishing work that needs to be completed, that fee may increase. Any repair costs will not be quoted until the knife is in hand.
I will NOT modify any knives after delivery has been accepted.
If you wish to have your knife sharpened you may send it back and I will sharpen it for $20 plus return shipping cost.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you would like a REFUND on your knife, it WILL NOT be granted until we have spoken and the knife is in my possession and has inspected by me.
Transaction Fees and/or Shipping Fees incurred by Brian Brown Knives, LLC WILL NOT be refunded unless otherwise noted.
